Kiefer Sutherland has been charged with a DUI according to the LA City attorney office.

Kiefer Sutherland DUI ChargesHe’s the star of “24,” and also my surprising secret love.   Because Sutherland was recently arrested while still on probation for a drunk driving arrest that took place back in 2004, he’s looking at possible jail time from anywhere between four days and a year, according to Nick Velasquez, representative for the city attorney’s office, who also had this to say:

“We also charged him with a second DUI offense within 10 years, which we believe also violates the terms of his probation.”

Looks like he’s really in trouble this time, I think  he’s going to be in jail for a little longer than our good friend Paris.
